Here's a great bit of solicitation copy. How does this crap get through without someone making a phone call to, uh, 'verfy'?:

"Sketch Magazine's Mega Pack includes 10 issues of the comic book leading 'How-To' publication, all for a ridicules low price of $15.95. These 10 issue expand the publishing history of Sketch Magazine. Packs will verfy which issues are included. ... "

Now, let's get aside from the fact this is obviously just a bit of warehouse cleaning for a magazine that has never been a big hit. And even getting past the obvious typos, what do you think the copywriter meant by "comic book leading 'How-To' publication"? Did s/he mean "comics industry leading"? Probably so, and I guess it's true enough, as there are no other How-To publications, at least in magazine format. If you're going to include trade paperback How To Draw Manga books, I have no doubt those sell better. By the way Tony Bedard's Legion Of Superheroes is currently the #1 comic book featuring a legion, and I think Birds of Prey may be up for an award from the Audubon Society.
